I have always felt that the transmission of contents, techniques, attitudes and skills is necessary for both the theoretical “teacher” and the supposed “student”. When one teaches, it is not clear if one contributes more than the other one receives or if one perceives much more than the other offers. And this is the interesting and beautiful thing of this, because through this process all the participants grow and improve. In fact, just as in my role as conductor, I began with more shadows than lights, more doubts than certainties. When I was only 18 years old I started this concern that I hope will never end, that the student will learn and that he will learn by teaching.

During these years I have been a teacher in several music schools, invited by different groups and associations, also in specific workshops. And I try to apply everything I know in my classes, in my rehearsals and in my personal life, teaching and learning, both of them.
